Most products ship within 5 business days (unless noted).
- Michigan customers have an option of local pick-up (Grand Rapids, MI area) or can be shipped for $14.99 flat rate.
- Customers in other states will be charged $21.99 flat rate shipping
Products are NOT returnable, except the the case of an error by Phase 3.
Please provide accurate artwork and ensure that you have reviewed it for spelling, graphics quality and all details before uploading it. **If your artwork contains errors, we can not accept returns or issue refunds.
